Cancellation Policy

When a trip is booked with Brightcare Transport Services, we assign it to a driver and allocate the resources needed to execute the transport. As such, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy as follows:

  • Trips cancelled with 24+ hours notice from the trip time are fully refundable.
  • Trips cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled trip will receive a refund of 50%
  • Once a driver is en route or on site for the scheduled transport, the entire trip is non-refundable.
